@ealafie: Racism has severely impacted Sudanese integration into Arab societies no matter what country they have went to. They experience hate crimes and the governments continue to passively allow their dehumanization to happen
Gurl i used to live in saudi… the racism and prejudice i used to experience is was the authentic top tier level of racism.

Mind YOUUU, when some of these other Arab countries faced their own tribulations, Sudan welcomed them with open arms and gave them citizenship

As an Arab, you are 100% correct. And all the ones who deny that are narcissistic racist gaslighters. There is a lot of work needs to be done from us and we are not doing enough

Disheartening to hear this.. :/ I know it doesnt compare at all, but in other arab countries, Palestinians are often viewed as a nuisance/problem. Even though they might support from afar

I could talk about this for days, but I think a dirty little secret no one talks about is a lot of the worst forms of institutional racism in the MENA world were only ended by colonialism…

I 100% agree with everything you said and this is no slight to you but at the same time I think we also need to talk about how Sudanese ppl literally go through such horrible treatment by the Arabs and then go and do the same to South Sudanese people. I know it’s not everyone but the double standards is crazy. (And me saying this is not to take away anything going on the war in Sudan at all. What’s going on there is terrible) just an observation.
