You have to consistently go to get a massage at first. Most people ask for deep tissue but still a full body massage. That means I can work at most 20 mins on the back/neck.

I get migraines and hold my tension in my shoulders and my neck I have herniated disc from a car accident too and my neurologist is now using Botox and I gotta tell you after getting the injections two days later my pain is gone!!

OK, I got one of these long time. OK not that long ago and mine’s been used for a few months and it you can hear the gears it needs w40 and it doesn’t go deep like when i bought it. I still use it though, but it doesn’t do what It used to.

I got one like this from Amazon and it is insane. Way better than the shiatsu one I had before. It really gets down in there. It’s almost too intense at first because I’m so tense! Love it!
