Tokyo public transport is so simple when using Google Maps. Get a suica card, that'll cover all the ones shown in the video and buses.

It can sound confusing because almost every city in Japan has its own travel card, but the whole system is now unified. Just get Pasmo or Suica or literally whatever and it’ll work almost everywhere

The square ones labeled JY or JU etc are the JR lines, they’re covered with the appropriate JR rail pass. The round ones are Tokyo metro, it’s a different ticketing system. Both take Suica though. The JR lines in Tokyo also have a 24hr commuter pass for ¥760 which gets you unlimited use of JR trains for the duration if your using the trains a lot for the day. Otherwise most fares are pretty cheap overall.
