@nelnourish: tiramisu oats & recime have actually changed my life 🤎 recipe below xox 👇🏾 Overnight Oats (2 servings) - 1 cup/80g oats (quick oats or old fashioned oats, doesn’t matter) - 3tbsp/15g unsweetened cocoa powder - 1.5 tbsp/15g chia seeds - 2 espresso shots or 3 tbs/30g instant/brewed coffee - 1 cup/480g unsweetened almond milk - 2 tbsp/40g maple syrup or honey - 1 tsp/8g vanilla extract Topping (1 serving) - 0.5 cup/120g 0% greek yogurt yogurt (or yogurt of choice) - drizzle of honey - bit of vanilla extract Mix all your ‘overnight oats’ ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Add to a container and cover, refrigerate for 4 hours at least or overnight. Once ready, mix Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey & vanilla extract.
