Let me tell you something I have never agreed with you more. Leadership styles can change based on a soldier. However, there are soldiers who are not receptive to any kind of leadership style.

As a jr enlisted and 20 almost nco yes soldiers require different kinds of leadership and some act like kids I’m the youngest in my unit pretty much nd have to look after ppl double my age or older

Parker, your take on this is very true. Leaders have to learn when to pump the brakes and when to push the gas. Each Soldier is different, so learn them.
