I felt exactly like this a year ago. It was so real and so overwhelming. I saw the menopause nurse who started me on the hrt patch and it honestly took these feelings away. There is help available 🥰

On occasion, this is exactly how I feel. I also feel like I’m feeling as a partner, a mother a daughter a friend I also have thoughts that I’m no good at each one of them. I feel so misunderstood.🥺

Be so proud for speaking up and reaching out… 🙏 I had that moment last October and it honestly was the most frightening time of my life. Luckily my friend made me ring CRISIS, it saved me 🙏❤️.

I found peri far worse than menopause itself. was severely depressed for 2 years, never saw friends or family just got up went to work came home slept. it does get better please speak to someone ❤
