@zussysrecipes: One of my fave go to breakfast on a slow morning 💛 Recipe: 1. Sear bacon until crisp. Pour left over fat into a cup . 2. In a bowl mix a handful of chopped spinach, 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs, and black pepper. 3. Cook in medium low heat with the same fat of the bacon for 2 min on each side or as needed. 4.
