@janetmedina87: I’m not the creator of this mash, wish I was but what I did do is give you a better option by packing the mix with protein. Protein pancake stir that packs 37g of protein. I added 2 portions of pancake mix thus adding 1 cup egg whites. If you make 1 portion add 1/2 cup. No other liquid is needed besides egg whites. Ingredients and instructions • 1-2 portions pancake mix based off your macros (I used 2 portions) • 1 cup egg whites • heat up pan high heat add non stick spray (I forgot) • add mixture, allow bubbles to form before stirring • stir away like you’re making scrambled eggs • serve with berries of choice and add desired syrup. I skipped and added Oiko yogurt I added Oiko yogurt which brings my protein count to 47g.
