🍬 Sugar (şeker) 👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions: 1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
🔹 Blend cottage cheese, melted butter, and egg until smooth.
🔹 Add flour, vanilla, baking powder, and soda. Knead into a soft dough.
🔹 Wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. 2️⃣ Shape the Cookies:
🔹 Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles.
🔹 Press one half of each circle into sugar, then fold in half.
🔹 Press one side into sugar again, then fold once more.
🔹 Press one last time into sugar and place on a baking sheet, sugary side up. 3️⃣ Bake & Enjoy:
