The last huntsman spider I encountered FOLLOWED me from the dining room to my bedroom after I had to leave the loungeroom because it was as there. Just to scare me. They are not kind.

I've lived in various cities all across Australia (currently living in Melbourne). The biggest huntsman spider I've ever seen was the size of a bread plate (20cm) in diameter. They're pretty chill and eat all the roaches, moths, and insects. We don't kill them for this very reason.

False. They can in fact shoot Web, they use Web for egg sacks. They can also abseil on a Web from a ceiling, straight at your face. Ask me how I know

Funny story... I love in FL and a neighbor I guess traveled to Australia and came back releasing a ton of huntsman spiders in her yard leading them to invade our house. Our house was infested with Huntsman spiders the size of a grown man's hand and we lived with them for 3 years 🤷♀️
