Why does why does HOA think they have a right to a person’s private property and have a right to tell them what they can and cannot do it on their private property that’s just my opinion they shouldn’t have a right it’s my property. I pay taxes and I pay rent on top of that or if I have private property I’m paying land taxes so I should have a right to do what I want on my property if you don’t like it, pay my rent or pay my land taxes and you can go and sell it with the sun don’t shine. That’s my opinion please do not yell at me in the comments for It.
