story time!! growing up in dance, i learned pretty early on that legs were one of my strengths. over the years i began to rely on them whenever i felt anxious or stuck in my movement. during improv, if i was in a creative block or felt uninspired, i would just throw my leg in the air and call it a day. as i continued to grow and develop my artistry at school, i became more confident in my own individual movement language outside of just my flexibility. with that being said… the legs definitely still go up, but now my legs go in the air with purpose rather than out of fear. here is a little compilation of some legs over the past few years :) #dance #dancer #improv #leg #lorde

Beginner Surf Diaries 🌊✨ This morning I paddled out and honestly, I got tired pretty quick. Surfing is so much harder than it looks — and I’m realizing that learning something new, especially in your 20s, can feel intimidating. Now that I’m 26, I’ve been reflecting a lot on all the things I’ve said I’d “get around to” someday. Surfing has always been one of those dreams I put off because it felt too late, or I thought I’d never be good enough. But I don’t want to keep pushing things off anymore. So here I am, showing up for myself. Because I don’t want surfing to be another thing I look back on and regret never trying.
