Plus you can make multiple servings at once and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days 🫶🏾 Recipe for 1 serving: 1/3 cup of oats 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate 20g protein powder 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder (2 tsp if using vanilla protein powder) Pinch of salt *optional* 1 tsp cocoa nibs or chocolate chips for texture 6oz of vanilla protein shake (30g bottle or higher) 1-2 tbsp of prepared instant espresso or coffee Topping: *will very depending on cup size* 1/4 to 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt Splash of sugar-free vanilla or salted caramel syrup Any remaining espresso or coffee (optional) Dark chocolate, melted Follow instructions in my video and enjoy!
