Overall the taste is good, but the jelly was like eating a jelly cubes! So I think 2 packs of jelly is WAY too concentrated, I wouldn’t recommend! There are plenty of recipes online, you may find a better option for the jelly part! I think the method with the frying pans works perfectly though and it was really fun to make 🧡 As per usual, nothing is straight forward for me and I ended up making things worse😅 Upon setting, my chocolate started to speckle with white bits (I didnt temper the chocolate)! I thought I could save it by heating it again, but I ended up making it 10xworse! So I then tried to add a layer of thin chocolate on top, but because the cake was cold it set really fast and I didn’t end up with a smooth finish! 🥲 So, if you want me to post a slice open vid, let me know.
