Spices used 3 tablespoons oil Minced garlic Dark soysauce Salt Black pepper 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon vinegar Paprika powder Coriander powder Curry powder (optional) 2 Beef seasoning cubes Mix all really well then airfry for 25 mins on 175 degrees occasionally keep checking on the liver and turning it to prevent burning. After 25 mins add your chopped bell pepper 🫑and onions in to the remaining liver marinade and cook for further 7-10 mins or until liver is dry and ready.
