I love Eastern European food and last year in Krakow, trying to find an authentic Polish restaurant, I stumbled into an Uzbek restaurant and had the best soup I've ever eaten. Mutton, Potato in broth.

haven't tried the caviar yet but keep seeing it in the shop so will give it a go. always get shashlik while I'm there and use a greek foukou to cook it. wish I knew how to marinate it properly though
