Do NOT inhale tap water into your sinuses. If you are going to rinse your nostrils or sinuses, you MUST use a distilled water. Tap water carries parasitic bacteria that can enter the brain.😭

If you are inhaling water in your nose you should only use distilled water! Inhaling tap water or dirty water can cause brain eating amoeba....very dangerous
