Honestly I would just assume everyone has pests that live in those conditions. I’m with you I’d be more upset about not being told about the smoking because that does mean extra cleaning.

I would be mad cos there was no reason to lie. You could've come prepared with the right protective gear and the right cleaning supplies. You can buy some at the store but honesty is a big deal
