The prong collar should be up behind the ears to cause less damage to the neck. The leash should also be clipped up rather below. Most people are not aware. I hope this helps!!

If you’re going to use a prong I highly recommend the herm springer brand! The prongs are in a better position and they have a trancea guard, also the collar should be higher, right below the ears!

My Great Danes tell did the same thing and we had to amputate!! That was almost two years ago and she’s still wagging the amputated tail like nothing happened 🤣❤️
