extra job for a temporary period is different, with requesting you to cover 2 big roles with big responsibility such as Service Line Head (primary role) + acting Team Lead of specific team (ad interim perse, but not sure if they will still hire replacement to fill-in the ad interim), and what if you already inform you boss that you know you cannot really handle both at the same time, but she/he insisted on the 5th time.

This is me rn. The work I am paid for is being compromised bc of the addtl work, but we lack manpower so we have to do 2 jobs. But it gets rly confusing bc I want to prioritize my own work 😭
