Honestly it made the Guild feel much more involved. In previous games I’ve played they just let you loose and you do what you want. The fact that you wait for authorisation in Wilds feels more real.

for people who don’t know, if the hunt isn’t authorised by the Guild then you’re only allowed to repel it, if killed, it is considered Illegal hunting/poaching, and Guild knights will be sent after u.
