My parents had us play in the back yard! A front yard, by cars and strangers, absolutely not,and a 2 year old,isn't that neglect?

I never let my boys out of sight at 2!!!! they're still toddling about with lots of falls. this baby wouldn't be able to just run about w/o lots of tripping, etc. BLAME THE PARENTS. 🙏🙏🙏

She didn’t let him play outside alone. They walked together to her father’s RV on the property, and she stepped in to deliver food to him. It was just a moment- that’s just how quick kids can run off.
