Meet My Aggressive Sky Blue Lobster – The Ultimate Tank Setup I couldn't resist getting this stunning Artificial Sky Blue Lobster - its color is absolutely mesmerizing! However, this little guy is quite aggressive, so he can't peacefully coexist with small fish or shrimp. Because of that, I had to set up his very own tank, and the environment I've created for him is simple but perfect. For the tank's base, I've added a layer of stream sand, followed by a few stream rocks for decor. But honestly, there's no need to go overboard with the design, because by the next day, this feisty lobster will have flipped everything upside down! So, I figured I'd just let him do his thing and rearrange the tank as he pleases. For filtration, I'm using a simple sponge filter, which works wonders. After adding the water and running the filter overnight, the water turned crystal clear, ready for my new pet. If you're introducing a new lobster to your tank, always remember to acclimate it properly. Gradually add the tank's water in three stages, waiting about 10 minutes between each step. This, along with adding an air pump for extra oxygen, will improve the shrimp's survival rate. After completing the acclimation process, I scooped my lobster out and dropped him into his new home. It seems like my blue lobster was starving from the journey because it started licking the small rocks with great enthusiasm!
