Originally supplying boutique cafés, high-end hotels and restaurants across London, they pivoted to retail during the pandemic. The luxe interiors reflect their roots and dedication to quality. What we ate 👇🏼 🍰 I opted for a raspberry and custard brioche feuilletée - layers of indulgent, buttery brioche filled with raspberry and creamy custard. Absolutely incredible. 🍮 Roisin went for a salted caramel brioche feuilletée - another top choice with a rich caramel filling. These “tall towers of indulgent, layered brioches” are their signature item, and it’s easy to see why. They’re on the pricey side for a bake, but absolutely worth it for a treat. We stumbled across Yeast Bakery, and we’re so glad we did.
