Happened to me at Walgreens. I was missing 10 pills and when I came back to get them, cops were walking someone out of the pharmacy in cuffs. 😒

Had this happen to me in July. My script was for 120. The bottle felt light and I asked a pharmacist to count it in front of me before I left, there was only 70 in there.

Patient stated we miss counted nacs. Camera found no wrongdoing and safe was accurate. Patient reported us for theft and filed a report. The board found nothing. Patient review:we can't count to "30"

i went to the pharmacy to get 2 prescriptions (pregabalin + an anti depressant), they gave me 2 bags of pregabalin, i went back to ask for my anti depressant and they gave me more pregabalin!!
