@thedailytayste: Okkk guys this was for vday weekend BUT still the best high-protein treat to prep 🫶🏻 12 large medjool dates Raspberry chia jam: 8 oz fresh raspberries 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 c water 2 tsp maple syrup 2 tsp arrowroot powder Protein Brownie layer: 3/4 c oat flour 1/2 c @equipfoods chocolate protein powder 1/4 c almond butter 1/4 c maple syrup 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp cocoa powder Splash of vanilla extract Chocolate layer: 1 cup chocolate chips (I love the @traderjoes dark) 1 tbsp coconut oil In a small saucepan, cook the jam ingredients over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until thick/gelled, stirring periodically. In a medium bowl, add all brownie layer ingredients & mix until combined/holding together. Roll into balls, then shape into a rough square. Place on top of flattened dates. Scoop a spoonful of raspberry jam on top of the brownie layer. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Dunk in melted chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt & place in the fridge for 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens & enjoy!
