Nuo 2026 m. spalio 1 d. smulkiam verslui be kolektyvinės sutarties mažinti dienpinigius bus gerokai sudėtingiau. Mažesni dydžiai turės būti nustatyti įmonės vidaus teisės akte, dienpinigiai negalės būti mažesni nei 65 % Vyriausybės nustatytos normos, o mažinti juos bus galima tik tada, kai komandiruotė trunka bent 7 dienas. Ir dar – prieš kiekvieną tokią komandiruotę darbuotoją reikės raštu supažindinti su taikomu mažesniu dydžiu. Jei iki šiol darbo sutartyje tiesiog turėjote susitarimą dėl mažesnių dienpinigių – iki spalio verta persitvarkyti dokumentus. Daugiau naudingos informacijos rasi uždarose grupėse.
