I add a liquid iv to mine and also like others mentioned add what ever other juice I have . Cranberry & orange juice .

If you have an Aldi, I add some of their fancy juice cocktail from the glass bottles and some grape or orange juice. Only thing keeping me hydrated while pregnant 😁

I LOVE fresh coconut water from the coconut. I tasted soooo many packaged ones and I hate them all. They ALL have a disgusting aftertaste 😭😭

This is a terrible tasting one! Harmless harvest coconut water is naturally pink, in the refrigerated section and it tastes so delicious/nothing like Vita Coco!

I make a smoothie. 1 banana, 1 cups of frozen berries, 1/2 cup of coconut water, 1/2 oat milk, 1 tsp of flax seed, 1 tsp brewers yeast

FRESCA IS LIFE. But the elite drink is Fresca with pomegranate juice, definitely give it a try! It’s been helping me get extra liquids in while breastfeeding.
