Try Lions Mane🌸 Getting in nature helps too. When I eat a fruit breakfast it helps me with my energy a lot. Green juice in the morning helps too.

Just a question, have you been to a doctor to have blood work up done? Maybe your iron levels are low..Take care of you, I've been struggling with depression since June.❤️❤️❤️

If you haven't already done this. I would go to your doctor and get blood work done, it could be iron, or thyroid problems too? They'd be able to help offer suggestions as well
