HOW clean? cuz theres also clean up drawers, clean mirror, change out towels and bath mats, clean tiled walls, clean glass doors, change out drain mesh to catch hair, PLUS the kitty litter stuff 😭

Reality is i would intend to only clean the toilet or sink but then i hyperfocus and find myself scrubbing the tiniest corner 30 minutes later and thinking of all the bathroom projects

That original tada list (genius) would actually work great on me, except the reward has to be a ✨surprise reward✨ because not knowing and needing to find out, and knowing you get to find out what it is at the end is the real reward. My husband would never do any of this in a million years though. So there's that.

Chronic pain, if I need to do a task we do half the task, take a break have a small treat as a reward, other half, another small treat with the break
