Today’s kitchen: Red velvet brownie cheesecakes | a rich, red and fudgy brownie!❤️ RED VELVET BROWNIE BATTER ▫️100 gr unsalted butter ▫️130 gr sugar ▫️8 gr vanilla sugar (1 packet) ▫️6 gr red food coloring gel ▫️1 large egg ▫️125 gr flour (all-purpose flour) ▫️5 gr cocoa powder ▫️100 gr white chocolate CHEESECAKE BATTER ▫️250 gr mascarpone ▫️150 gr cream cheese ▫️75 gr granulated sugar ▫️8 gr vanilla sugar (1 packet) ▫️25 gr cornstarch ▫️1 large egg TOPPING ▫️100 g cream cheese ▫️25 g granulated sugar ▫️8 g whipped cream stabilizer ▫️250 ml heavy cream GARNISH ▫️red velvet crumbs ▫️strawberries Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Let cool. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces. Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the red food coloring gel and mix until combined.
