It looks almost like there needs to be an over wire. Like an underwire, but on top. Or maybe some boning to make the cup more vertical? It def looks strange.

Maybe you should try bodycon brand, personally I haven’t tried it but I heard that they have dresses especially for a larger cup and they have the exact same style
