People back in the office is good for the economy. People are likely to use lunch spots, gas stations, etc. A downtown in most cities & small businesses rely heavily on employees in offices.

Our company found that people were not meeting expectations/goals/requirements like they should be. So anyone who is not meeting those marks got pulled back to the office.

I have to work every other week in office. My metrics are actually higher my at home weeks than they are in office. I don’t get pulled away from work all the time at home.
