Ask him about zinc. I started using diaper cream (because of TT) and it has helped so much. It’s 40% zinc and similar to what a dermatologist would prescribe.

i'm starting accutane soon too! the fish oil should be fine but i wouldnt risk the milk thistle, i googled it and it says that it may affect how the liver breaks accutane down accutane

Have you tried using head and shoulders shampoo as face wash? It has zinc in it which does something to the acne. I use it when I breakout and 100% can tell a difference. I just buy the travel size!!
