The mail trucks are not air conditioned or heated. Here in SC it's humid & often half the birds don't make it. They're also kept with other packages so it's alot on them. Thank you for watering them.

my daughter surprised me with 6 ducklings 4yrs ago shipped. The Postal service were amazing and kept them warm until we arrived. I had no idea, between shipper and arrival amazing.🤩
