1) Everyone always goes to Alberta, BC, Toronto or Montreal. But I highly suggest the east coast. Rent a car and drive around Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. If you can, go to Newfoundland

Cape Breton Island. It’s beautiful and amazing. Lots of hiking, waterfalls, swimming and all the beauty that is the Cabot Trail. One of my favourite places in the whole world.

I strongly recommend the Atlantic coast. Nova Scotia is beautiful. July/August if you like beaches, swimming, whale watching etc. Fall if enjoy scenery and beauty of the changing colours.

I’d recommend the east coast, a nice hotel near the ocean. West coast is gorgeous too, but the people are less friendly. I’ve been to every province, and hands down East coast is the place to vacation
