@healthymarriedparent: The signs are always there—we just have to learn to listen. ✨ God is always guiding us, speaking in ways both big and small. In early sobriety, I heard that inner voice. Did I always follow it? Nope. Definitely not at first. Then over time, the messages became clearer, and I started trusting them. In my experience, what I’ve learned is the message will not stop coming. Life will just get harder and harder and more painful when I don’t listen! @BigTimmy Like the time a random safety pin caught my attention… and later turned out to be exactly what was needed. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I like to say, “Isn’t it odd, or is it God?” And to me, it’s always God! The real question is: Are we listening?
