I no longer react! After educating myself on manipulators, I’ve learned what to look out for! They still TRY to provoke me, but they only get frustrated themselves because I show no interest! ✌🏽

Yup. Learn to not react. This JUST happened to me. I set boundaries, they disrespect them, I apologise for being upset, they go ahead and disrespect my boundaries AGAIN.

I had a boss who twisted and manipulated everything until the other person reacted, then she would cry to HR and have them moved departments. 30 years and nobody noticed she was the problem 🥴
