@msshiandmrhe: Duang duang steamed potato balls 🥔 Ingredients: 300g potatoes (after peeled), cut into smaller chunks, steam until tender. Smash the steamed potatoes. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 150g potato starch, mix well. Gradually add 100g to 300g water, depending on how moist the potato is, until you get a smooth dough. Roll the potato dough into ping pong size balls.
