At best a Dyson Ring might be feasible but it would likely be fairly loose and collect solar and tritium like netting and not be a livable structure.

A dyson SPHERE is unlikely but a dyson SWARM, an array of solar panels all around the sun harvesting infinite energy, could be build by harvesting most of Mercury

99% of the mass in the solar system is in the sun, funnily enough the sun is mineable. with magnetic containment the size of planets over the poles, but technically doable
