Good advice. I’d add be careful not too inadvertently communicate that you’re all about moving up in the organization. They’re interviewing you for role X right now, not role Y in 5 years.

God I hate interviews. It's all just a big test with tons of misleading and trick questions that you need to know every right answer for instead of being honest and showing you know the job.
