You should always have 2-3 things that are priority. Start with the hardest thing first and Do not allow procrastination and distractions, you will see so much more progress when you start doing this. 5. Overly scrolling on social media. The effect of social media can be detrimental to your mind. Comparison, not feeling good enough, feeling like you’re not in the right place in life. As a creator I believe that consuming certain types of content is beneficial, but there’s some content out there that can do more harm than good. Set daily time limits, and hold yourself accountable.
