This is my favorite thing to do to rejuvenate my mind and body🔥🥶 Training and working out hard causes stress to the body and mind. Your cortisol levels (the stress hormone) are heightened and can eventually cause fatigue, burnout, sickness, lower testosterone levels etc… if you don’t manage your recovery.
