Find my full recipe below and make it for your family and loved ones ♥️ Shop bubble plates from wallaabueid.com or link in bio (30% of profits donated to 🍉) Crepe cake recipe: Chocolate cream - 600ml thickened cream (200ml for ganache and 400 ml for whipping - 200g milk chocolate block Preparation: - place thickened cream and chocolate in a saucepan on low- medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Set aside until ganache cools down - In a bowl, whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form. Add ganache in and fold until well combined. Transfer to piping bag and place in the fridge until crepes are done Cheesecake cream - 250g cream cheese, room temp - 1/4 cup sugar - Dash of vanilla - 400 ml thickened cream Preparation: - Place cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until cheese is smooth and free of lumps - Add thickened cream and continue beating until stiff peaks form - Transfer to piping bag and place in the fridge until crepes are done Crepes: - 4 eggs - 1/3 cup sugar - Sprinkle of salt - Dash of vanilla - 1 cup flour - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 1/3 cup melted butter - 2 cups milk Preparation: - Place eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl and whisk for 2 mins - Add milk and butter, mix, then flour and cocoa powder and mix again. - Place crepe pan over low- medium heat, spray a thin layer of oil then add crepe mix gradually, spreading out to form a thin layer. Leave for 2 mins then flip the crepe and let it cook on the other side for 2 mins more. Repeat the process until all the crepes are cooked. - Using an object of choice, outline and cut a perfect circle, removing the excess crepes (don’t discard, you can top with sauce and eat later 😉) Assembly: - Place first crepe on cake board, pipe parallel lines of cheesecake cream over the crepe (leaving about an inch of space between every two lines) - Place second crepe on top and press down over the spaces that don’t have piping. - Pipe parallel lines of chocolate cream over the spaces we pressed down and place third crepe on top. Repeat entire process until all crepes are used up, alternating between cheesecake cream and chocolate cream. - For the last layer, smoothen out the cream before placing the final crepe piece - Place remaining cream on the sides of the crepe cake and using a spatula spread out cream as smoothly as possible - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours - Before serving, top with cocoa powder. Cut and enjoy this beautiful looking, delicious dessert 😍
