I found out that if there is an underlying issue in your gut no matter how much fiber you tske..ur gut needs healing, clean diet,pre/prebiotic & herbal supplements. etc

I love this stuff. I drink twice a day. I was excited about losing too. But now I know better so I’m taking all my supplements I’m down 16 lbs in 6 weeks plus I’m in gym and a pescatarian diet

I do one scoop per 16.9 oz. Bottle of water. I do 4 servings a day. It is the one thing that ensures I am getting my water and fiber in. I LOVE the strawberry lemonade. I buy 6 can at a time.

It’s not the flavor, they all taste the same, kinda like a colonoscopy prep. No sugar added means chemically processed fake sweetener (Stevia). Leaves a bad aftertaste. Does it come in a pill? 😕
