I now avoid this pronunciation. I differentiate. For example, hear vs here. HeA vs heE. Do you heA me? Come heE. It’s subtle but it makes a difference. The schwa has become far too common. People no longer pronounce their vowels. Where I live in the U.K. the accent is awful & invasive. I have to rigorously practice elocution & enunciation.
