I have spent 25 years with no promotions even though I am always called when no one can solve a complicated issue. Lot of lip service but this is a reality. Need to be white to succeed in most place

The issue is that many instead of understanding the culture,,resist it and start comparing saying this way of working , ethics, etc is better in east asia, latam, etc and that’s wrong.
