Personally i like working out 1-2 hours after i break my fast! But you can also do 1-2 hours before you break your fast too if you didn’t want to work out late

I workout 1.5-2 hours before maghreb and I find that I am ok. I make sure I am well hydrated by drinking throughout the night rather than down water before fajr and peeing it all out.
