Previous worker at In N Out and if you mention you’re celiac we get all new spatulas, clean the grill and try our very best to separate EVERYTHING from start to finish as to not contaminate 🥰 yay!

You have to mention that you have an allergy I worked there and they clean everything and get new things for an allergy.

I’ve been glutened by just fries from In-N-Out 🥲 the fry guy slash bagger was touching buns to pack the bags and boxes and I was hoping they didn’t for my fries but I found out they did

I was told to get packs of spread bc they use the spread knife directly on buns so if you get protein style they still put that spread (cc) directly on your burger.

They do technically have a bun flat top in a patty flat top! However, once the burgers are cooked, they placed the buns on top of them so they end up on the same place. So they are kinda floating!

I used to work at INO and I have celiac! We do have separate flat tops but the buns do get put on the meat flat top but it’s pretty safe as they do scrape it and make sure it’s clean and buns don’t

As a celiac who hadn’t been to in n out in over 11 yrs who went in Sept. of 24 I got a regular protein style burger and the animal style fries and a chocolate milkshake I didn’t get glutened

my husband worked for in & out for 7 years, and the GRILLED ONION is NOT CELIAC SAFE! they fry those onions where the buns are toasted. ALL CELIACS - please get whole grilled onion!!!!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

When you mention an allergy the area on the grill is cleaned, new spatulas are used, and food is placed in a separate pan.
