sinus migraines are the absolute worst!! I have yet to figure out a decent remedy. other than loads of Tylenol and ibuprofen and Sudafed.

My son and I both suffer. I keep a Vicks stick with me at all times. Next to my bed, in the bathroom, my desk, my purse. I learned my lesson about leaving it in the car otherwise I’d leave 1 there too

Girl same!! None of the allergy medications do anything for me, either. A friend swears by Allermi. Its an Rx nasal spray online. I'll let you know if it works. This migraine is no joke. 😞

Tylenol Sinus, not the decongestant. It’s green and red and hard ish to find lol. Takes the edge off. Getting a hand held steamer and breathing in it for awhile; but honestly nothing helps too much 😭

Flonase, zyrtec, and I'm on an antihistamine called hydroxyzine that knocks anything leftover. WATER. electrolytes.

There’s a pressure point between your thumb & pointer finger. I use a chip clip to pinch it. Also, I’ve seen these Vic’s scent soother nose things-haven’t tried em but I’ve heard they help.

I was dx with non allergic vasomotor rhinitis. I use to take a nasal spray AZ something but I can’t now because of my eye pressures /steam/Vicks under nose at night/Advil allergy and sinus ooccasion

I take — 20mg famotidine x2, 10mg cetirizine x2, 180mg fexofenadine x2, 10 mg montelukast x1, and hydroxyzine hydrochloride as needed. If I don’t control my allergies it’s disastrous.

I normally take Sudafed for sinus and headache, but its a 50-50 shot and i do the sinus massages and nasal lavage constantly. Also Be-kool helps with migraines and excedrine migraine
